Critical Requirement: Must know the beginning-to-end process of making PC boards (PCBA) and other electronics like batteries preferrably with EMS industry partnership

 

• Direct and co-ordinate the utilization of manpower and equipment against productivity and utilization rate targets.
• Ensure that throughput per work order is met against the industrial engineering model and in accordance with the master production schedule.
• Liaise with other departments and customers to recommend changes that will increase production efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Liaise with customers at all levels to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled.
• Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly production reports.
• Adherence to quality policy, plan, and manual, including ISO, IPC, and J-STD standards.
• Organize and direct staff and to plan and progress all day-to-day production activities to meet current customer requirements on promised delivery dates and quality. To liaise with any other relevant department to achieve this.
• Ensure adequate staff resources against the industrial engineering model, consistent with cost efficiency by arranging shift working as the business requires. Use of overtime is a last resort and contingent on Plant Manager's approval.
• Ensure that the 5s process adhered to all the production activities and meeting 5s scoring targets.
• Ensure that all production resources practices displace and under code of conduct.
• Report any area of concern to your manager.
• Ensure that all team members work in a safe environment according to company procedures.

 

Education/Qualification:

• Engineering degree or equivalent. The client is flexible on the degree if the candidate has strong EMS experience.

 

Experience (Years & Fields):

• 5 years in similar positions.
• Manufacturing/EMS industry.
