Money Details

$800/week while you're training
$1,000/week guaranteed through your first 3 months after going solo
$1,200 to $1,800 average weekly pay, scaling with experience
Starting mileage pay of $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
$15 stop pay, unload pay matches OTR rate when required

Route Details

1,800 to 2,400 miles per week
Coverage spans 27 states, everything east of Denver except New England
Home every 2 to 3 weeks
Both day and night dispatch, weekend driving expected, holidays can be requested off

Equipment

Dry van
Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook freight

Who Qualifies

New CDL-A holders, or drivers with 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
120+ hours of training at an accredited CDL school
Must be 21 or older
Valid driver's license in your current state of residence
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
Clean hair and urine drug test
