Construction Site Superintendent in Miami

Construction Site Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee luxury, high‑end single‑family condo/co‑op renovations and single family luxury homes in Miami. This role requires a hands‑on leader with deep luxury residential experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction from pre‑construction through project completion Manage day‑to‑day onsite operations, scheduling, and sequencing of trades Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, city and county officials, and clients Review plans and specifications to ensure work is executed to the design intent Monitor budgets, approve change orders, and negotiate fair pricing with subcontractors Maintain the highest standards of workmanship consistent with luxury residential construction Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent on luxury residential projects in Miami Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes Experience working with construction management software Excellent leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
