We are looking for an energetic, passionate individual to join our TEAM as a Title Clerk. This position plays a large role in the leadership of the dealership and will be part of one of the volume sales leaders in the market. Good at following up on loose ends. Accurate at maintaining files and records. The Title Clerk is an important support person for our sales staff. The basic responsibilities are: Processing all PA and NY DMV work, ensuring we are compliant with all regulations. Dealer Trades - completion of paperwork, writing of check, and helping the drivers as needed. Flooring all available units daily. Posting all wholesale deals in accounting. Submit and monitor follow through and collect all contracts and deal cash. Purchasing new and used vehicle. Lien payoff on all trade-ins. Daily cash up. Maintain all DMV logs required by the state. Daily breakdown of deals. Updating the DOC daily. Additional tasks as needed. Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Basic math skills.
