Senior Frontend Developer

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Reach team. Hostinger Reach is an AI-powered email marketing product that helps thousands of small businesses grow their audience and stay close to their customers. You'll work across the whole product, from contacts and segmentation to campaigns, automation flows and AI-assisted email creation, plus the embeddable widgets that plug Reach into Hostinger Website Builder, WordPress and Hostinger Horizons.

The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement through experimentation and data. You'll own features end-to-end with designers, backend engineers and product managers to shape what a modern email marketing tool looks like.

Your day-to-day

• Build and ship features in the Reach app: campaign flows, contact and segmentation tooling, automation builders, and AI-assisted email creation.
• Build and maintain the embeddable widgets used on Website Builder, WordPress and Horizons.
• Turn Figma designs and prototypes into clean, accessible interfaces and work with backend engineers on solid REST API contracts.
• Run A/B experiments with Amplitude Experiment and use the results to make product decisions.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and keep the codebase healthy over time.
• Tackle the harder frontend problems and push the team toward better solutions when the current ones aren't good enough.

Qualifications

• Senior level TypeScript and strong Vue.js, or strong React experience with a real willingness to learn Vue.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, component design and API integration patterns.
• Comfortable writing unit tests with Vitest and E2E tests with Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with A/B experimentation tools and data-driven decision making.
• You actively use modern AI tools to improve your day-to-day development workflow.
• Bonus: experience building embeddable or widget-style components for third-party sites.
• Senior mindset: ownership, proactive problem-solving, mentoring others, and giving and receiving feedback in a constructive way.

Compensation

Gross salary 5500 - 7600 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements. We’re always looking for experienced talent to raise the bar.
