AB Relationship Banker – Contractor
Insight Global is seeking an AB Relationship Banker – Contractor for a leading banking client. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of property management and community association clients, helping them maximize the value of treasury management and banking solutions. The ideal candidate will provide white-glove customer service, assist with account maintenance, resolve operational and payment-related inquiries, and train clients on various banking platforms and products. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow within the banking industry while gaining exposure to treasury management services, client relationship management, and commercial banking operations in a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Branch Banking Operations, or related banking environment
High school diploma required
Working knowledge of general banking operations or including deposit accounts or treasury products
Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
Experience with treasury management products and services
Commercial banking experience
Experience supporting lockbox inquiries and payment research
Prior account opening and maintenance experience
Association/property management industry experience
