Job Description

·                     Develop and program multi-axis and multi-operation CNC programs

·                     Program and optimize Swiss and CNC multi-spindle machines to maximize efficiency and output

·                     Define machining schemes, probing routines, and toolpaths to ensure precision manufacturing

·                     Optimize cycle times, tool life, and machine utilization to drive operational performance

·                     Lead first article inspections to verify part quality and conformance to specifications

·                     Spearhead continuous improvement projects with documented cost savings and measurable results

·                     Make critical technical decisions impacting quality, cost, and throughput across production operations

·                     Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to less experienced programmers

Key Requirements

·                     3 to 10 years of CNC programming experience

·                     GibbsCAM proficiency is preferred

·                     Hands-on experience with multi-axis, Swiss, mill-turn, or multi-spindle CNC machines preferred

·                     Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing or programming environment preferred
