Quality Technician

Location: LNS Turbo Inc

Summary: Inspection, assembly verification, functional testing, and troubleshooting of. Performs mechanical testing and adjustments using hand and power tools while ensuring all products meet the requirements specified on the associated Work Orders, Drawings, Specifications, and Internal Quality Forms. The role supports safe operations and the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and verify the performance of pumps, motors, fans, valves, gauges, sensors, and associated components.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including wrenches, impact drivers, and drills, to assemble, adjust, and repair components as required.
• Perform pressure, flow, leak, and functional tests to ensure products meet performance requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and document findings.
• Record inspection and test results accurately on required quality forms and production records.
• Verify completion of all required documentation before releasing products to the next operation or shipment.
• Interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, bills of material, and engineering documents.
• Report nonconforming conditions and participate in corrective actions and continual improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and company safety requirements.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and use required personal protective equipment.
• Support cross-functional teams and assist with other production or testing activities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with machine tools, pumps, filtration systems, hydraulic systems, or coolant systems is desirable.
