Do you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and guiding them to the perfect productwhether it's for their pup or their job site? We're looking for a friendly, curious, and service-minded team member to join our store that proudly offers expert-selected workwear and high-quality pet supplies.
This part-time, permanent position (1525 hours/week) is ideal for someone who loves talking with customers, thrives on learning new things, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven retail team.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers looking for rugged boots, reliable gear, or the right food for their dog
- Ask great questions, listen closely, and recommend the best products for their needs
- Learn about new brands and stay informed on everything from pet nutrition to workwear tech
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
- Help with carry-outs, restocking, and team support as needed
- Bring positive energy to every shift and every interaction
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- A passion for engaging with people and finding solutions
- Interest in learning about pet wellness and durable apparel
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during your shift
- Team-first attitude and great communication skills
Pay and Benefits:
- $12-14/hour starting pay
