Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world's leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we're ready to 10x our output in 2025-and we need an Account Executive who can own client relationships and drive business growth at warp speed. You'll manage accounts, drive upsells, and ensure every client feels like a VIP-from ideation to execution. Your work will directly impact our growth, client satisfaction, and the scale of campaigns we deliver. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and proactive support.
- Understand client goals, translate them into actionable briefs, and advocate for their needs internally.
- Build trust and long-term partnerships through exceptional service and results.
- Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and new campaigns within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to pitch new ideas and present campaign proposals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for account performance and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with production, creative, and influencer teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
- Track KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Act as an ambassador for High Scale-at client meetings, industry events, and digital communications.
- Provide insights on industry trends, audience behavior, and platform opportunities to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with marketing to capture case studies, testimonials, and campaign highlights.
- 3-6 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales in agencies, media, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering measurable business results.
- You can juggle deadlines, deliverables, and priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Skilled at problem-solving, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable presenting ideas, proposals, and reports to clients and executives.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Able to work with creative, production, and strategy teams to execute ambitious campaigns.
- Track KPIs, revenue, and campaign performance to inform decisions and strategy.
- Comfortable using CRM and project management tools to manage accounts efficiently.
