Founding Engineer - LegalOS
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Architect and develop scalable, cloud‑native services using Python, Node.js, and AWS to support the platform’s core legal workflows. Build and maintain a responsive React front‑end that delivers a seamless user experience for attorneys and clients. Integrate machine learning models to automate document analysis, case prediction, and compliance checks. Collaborate with product, design, and legal teams to translate complex immigration regulations into technical solutions. Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high availability and security. Requirements 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade applications. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB). Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) and data pipelines. Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, and data modeling.
