We have an immediate opening for a Grill Cook at our Celina location, working made-to-order breakfast and into our quick-service lunch shift. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule and shifts end by 4pm daily! Starting pay up to $16/hour, based on availability and experience.What We Offer:Starting pay: up to $15.00/hour, paid weeklyEligible for a pay increase after just 60 days - up to 11% in your first yearMonday-Friday schedule, shifts done by 4pm - no nights or late closesFlexible scheduling that works with your lifeDiscounted employee mealsPaid time off for full-time team membersHealth, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance for full-time team members401(k) retirement plan with a generous company matchA fun, family-friendly team cultureWhat You'll Do:Prepare and cook made-to-order breakfast items on the grill, following our recipes and specificationsTransition into quick-service lunch, working the grill and other stations as needed to keep paceOperate the grill and fryers safely and efficientlySet up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized prep and cook lineClean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaceProperly store and handle food in accordance with food safety guidelinesFollow food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchenWhat We're Looking For:Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operationsGrill cook experience a plus; made-to-order breakfast and quick-service lunch experience preferredComfortable switching pace between made-to-order breakfast and high-volume lunch serviceStrong attention to detail and a reliable work historyTeam-oriented attitude and ability to multitask under time constraintsMust be at least 16 years oldReady to join the team?
