RN - Case Manager

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This role requires a focus on Care Coordination within an acute care setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients.Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Utilize the Cerner charting system for accurate patient documentation.Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.Participate in ongoing education and professional development.Qualifications:Current California RN License.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Solid experience in Care Coordination.Prior experience with Dignity/Common Spirit is mandatory.Trauma level experience is preferred.Work Schedule:8-hour Day shifts.Every other weekend (EOW) work required.Floating to other areas as needed.Cancellation Policy:The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts for assignments of 13 weeks or longer and up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks.Location:Position available in a location within California.Client Details Address 1401 S Grand Ave City Los Angeles State CA Zip Code 90015
