Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Jenkins Township, PA!

Position Details

• Location: Jenkins Township, PA
• Pay: $21.25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 4:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Overtime: Available as needed

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive a company box truck safely and responsibly while transporting materials to customers and job sites.
• Deliver and unload electrical products, including components, transformers, piping, wire, generators, and related materials.
• Secure loads properly and verify that deliveries are complete and accurate.
• Use a liftgate, pallet jack, hand truck, and other material-handling equipment to safely move products.
• Organize delivery routes to make efficient use of company vehicles and working hours.
• Complete required driver logs and company vehicle documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials before and after deliveries.
• Help prepare materials and pallets for transportation.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment when trained and authorized.
• Assist with warehouse activities on an occasional basis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries.
• Report vehicle or equipment concerns when identified.
• Follow all safety procedures when working around vehicles, equipment, and warehouse machinery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Current and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Comfortable working with measurements and units of measure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Professional and courteous customer-service approach.
• Basic knowledge of trucks and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to recognize and report potential equipment or vehicle issues.
• Must be able to lift and move 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving and regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work safely on uneven or slippery surfaces and around moving equipment.
