Sleep Physician (Pulm Optional) Opening | Partnership Track | New Haven, Connecticut

Job Opportunity

Healthcare United is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care or Sleep Physician for an opportunity in New Haven County, Connecticut. This role offers a flexible clinical mix, multiple practice settings, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative and growing environment.

Responsibilities include:

Provide care in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and or Sleep Medicine based on preference
Manage patients across outpatient and inpatient settings
Participate in shared call rotation (approximately 1 in 5)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver high quality, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Monday through Friday schedule with flexible clinical structure

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care or Sleep Medicine
Board Certification in Sleep Medicine required
Eligible for Connecticut medical license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to team-based care
