Sprinkler Sales Location: Charlotte, North Carolina. VSC Fire & Security, a leading provider of fire protection and life‑safety solutions, is seeking experienced Sales professionals for our Sprinkler Sales position. The role focuses on estimating, negotiating, and closing contracts for fire suppression sprinkler systems throughout the Southeast. Strong prospecting and proven sales negotiation skills. In‑depth knowledge of installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, especially wet and dry sprinkler systems. Familiarity with state and local codes, Fire Marshals, NFPA standards, ADA and other relevant authorities. Excellent record‑keeping skills for proposals and documentation. Knowledge of safety policies and enforcement of safety procedures. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to pass background checks. Reliable transportation and a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required for company vehicle use). Desirable but not required: NICET Level I certification. Responsibilities Perform detailed estimations of sprinkler systems, including costs for installation, estimating, parts/materials, design time, labor, and service. Maintain proper risk management and safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies. Additional Information This role is safety‑sensitive due to responsibilities involving motor vehicle use, mobile equipment, work at heights, ladder climbing, and lift equipment.
