In this role, you will provide care for mothers and newborns in a modern, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of families during this special time, offering them a space that prioritizes comfort, privacy, and quality care.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns.Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Document care accurately using the EPIC charting system.Assist in the management of the birthing process, including caesarean deliveries when necessary.Required ExperienceExperience in a Labor and Delivery setting is preferred, with a focus on quality patient care.Certifications/LicensureACLS certificationAdvanced Fetal Monitoring certificationBLS certificationNRP certification upon hireCurrent RN license in the state of New YorkAbout ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
