8-hour day shifts; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This position involves treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient orthopedics setting. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Adhere to all operational policies, including prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
