Senior Project Manager

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a growing commercial construction contractor to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading multiple projects, and values building strong client relationships. What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and overall execution. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with estimating, operations, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Monitor project costs, change orders, billing, schedules, and overall financial performance. Conduct regular jobsite visits and proactively identify and resolve project challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and industry partners. Identify opportunities for additional project work and business development. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator within commercial construction. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and construction project management processes. Division 7 experience is a plus but not required.
