Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information. Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document. Scans document and uploads to client'ssystem Enters date received and package tracking information Files documents securely accordingto procedures for that client. Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review Ships package Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum age – 18 years old. Previous experience working in business environment is preferred.
