Financial Analyst

The Arsenault team is looking for an eager Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of reports that highlight the financial and operational results of the companys various partner agencies, including identifying key variances, trends, and operating metrics and understanding the impact that they have on the quarter and full-year outlooks Work closely with partner agencies and senior executives during Monthly Results, Quarterly Forecasting, and Annual Budget meetings by consolidating financials and performing key analysis of financial and operating KPIs and trends Assist in creating new reports that enhance analyses to provide scalable insights for senior management and key stakeholders at the partner agencies Partner with M&A team to provide support including upfront business transition / integration post-closing of an acquisition Assist in the management of the companys operating model and M&A payment calculations under the supervision of senior leadership Contribute to the financial and operational due diligence process of acquisition targets if necessary Help lead continual process improvement as it relates to reporting, analysis, and financial system management Requirements: Advertising, Media, or Entertainment industry experience a plus Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and computer skills, including a high proficiency in Excel Prior experience with Hyperion a plus Excellent oral and written communication skill #J-18808-Ljbffr Arsenault
