This is a key stepping stone toward senior consultant and leadership roles across our global practice.What Your Impact IsDrive the development and implementation of Safety Management Systems that set industry benchmarks.Lead risk assessments and incident investigations that uncover root causes and prevent future harm.Shape safety and industrial hygiene programs that safeguard worker health through rigorous exposure assessments.Partner with global ERM experts to deliver innovative, outcome-focused solutions for complex technical and regulatory challenges.Expand ERM’s Safety Services portfolio by building lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.What You’ll BringRequiredBS/MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience (6+ years in lieu of education).2–3 years of relevant experience in safety, risk management, and EHS compliance. Additional experience with environmental compliance is a plus but not required.Hands-on experience with running safety programs.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel (up to 80% during peak project periods) domestically and internationally.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.PreferredCertifications such as CSP or CIH (or aspirations to obtain certification) are a plus, and ERM supports professional development to help you achieve them.Consulting experience with proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions.Expertise in delivering corporate H&S strategies, including safety culture, leadership, and serious injury/fatality risk reduction.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Safety Management Systems and conduct risk assessments for regulatory compliance.Perform incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.Lead safety and industrial hygiene programs with qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments.Develop innovative solutions for complex EHS challenges and regulatory issues.Design and direct corporate H&S strategies across diverse industries.Manage projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule while exceeding client expectations.Develop and deliver training.Participate in EHS audits.Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and expand ERM’s market presence.Who We Are:As the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, we partner with the world’s leading organizations, creating innovative solutions to sustainability challenges and unlocking commercial opportunities that meet the needs of today while preserving opportunity for future generations.At ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.
