Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hudson, FL for a Direct Support Professional. Responsibilities include providing daily care and support to one individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting the client with personal care tasks and activities, implementing individualized care plans, and supporting the client in achieving daily living skills and personal goals. The role also involves fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for the client while maintaining accurate records of services provided. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience working with individuals who have cognitive and/or physical disabilities Patience, empathy, and a client‑focused approach High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Must be able to pass a level II background check Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
