Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers for shift press operations. This role involves working from 3 PM to 1:10 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays for an additional 8-hour shift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Load coils into machines and unload parts as they are produced.

• Assist setup technicians during quality inspections.

• Build boxes and paper skids for packaging.

• Pack and secure parts in the packing station using banding tools.

Essential Skills

• Production experience

• Machine operation skills

• Proficiency in loading and unloading

• Experience with machine operating

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

• Preferred: 6+ months experience working with metal stamping or stamping presses

Work Environment

Work in a metal stamping facility that is well-organized and clean, although the stamping presses can be loud. The environment is structured to support efficient operations and employee comfort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
