Employment Type: Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a skilled and dependable Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience installing vinyl graphics on vehicles, walls, windows, doors, signs, and other surfaces and takes pride in producing clean, professional-quality installations. This position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install vinyl graphics, lettering, logos, decals, and printed graphics on a variety of surfaces.
- Install wall graphics, window graphics, door graphics, directional graphics, and other signage.
- Perform wet and dry applications as appropriate for the material and surface.
- Apply vinyl using squeegees, knives, heat guns, rivet tools, and other installation equipment.
- Properly measure, align, level, and position graphics before and during installation.
- Perform surface preparation, including cleaning, degreasing, and removing dirt, dust, grease, and other contaminants.
- Install vinyl on vehicles, including flat and moderately contoured surfaces.
- Apply and work with printed vinyl, cut vinyl, laminated graphics, specialty films, and transfer tape.
- Perform basic vinyl removal and surface preparation when required.
- Inspect completed installations for bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, misalignment, contamination, and other defects.
- Correct installation issues when possible and report production or material defects to management.
- Read work orders, production drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
- Verify quantities, dimensions, colors, and graphic placement before installation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe installation area and vehicle.
- Properly care for installation tools and equipment.
- Document completed installations with photographs when required.
- Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, project managers, and other trades while on job sites.
- Follow all company quality-control, safety, and installation procedures.
- Assist with general sign installation and shop duties when needed.
- Fresh or improperly cured paint
- Dirty, dusty, or contaminated surfaces
- Rough or damaged surfaces

- Environmental conditions that could affect adhesion
- Conflicts with construction or other trades
- Previous vinyl installation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vinyl application techniques and surface preparation.
- Ability to accurately measure and layout graphics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot installation problems.
- Ability to safely use knives, heat guns, ladders, lifts, and other installation equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts when required.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
