Job Description Job Description CNC Machinist - Full-Time Position Immediate Openings - Competitive Pay + Benefits We are a growing precision machining shop actively looking for skilled and motivated CNC Machinists (Mill & Lathe) to join our team. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas, Fanuc, Hurco, - experience with any of these is a plus) Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Produce high-quality parts in low to medium volumes Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, CMM, etc. Edit programs (G-code) and adjust offsets as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience (setup + operation) Ability to work from blueprints and independently troubleshoot Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Experience with live tooling 4-axis/5-axis is a plus but not required We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime available (time-and-a-half after 40 hrs) Health insurance contribution Paid holidays + vacation 401(k) with company match Clean, modern shop with lots of machines Day shift and night shift positions available Opportunity for advancement Location: Dallas, Texas - No relocation assistance.
