Associate Veterinarian Position

Agoura Animal Clinic is a well-established, full-service, multi-doctor hospital providing quality care for dogs, cats, exotics, pocket pets, and birds. We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian ready to grow professionally and potentially step into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for those with surgery experience or a passion for exotics, though new graduates with a desire to learn are welcome.

Ideal Candidate

• DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California.
• Passionate about small animal medicine and client care.
• Interested in surgical and exotic cases.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.
• New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged.

Our Hospital & Workflow

• Advanced diagnostics: digital X-rays (full body & dental), in-house lab, high-resolution ultrasound.
• Surgical capabilities: soft tissue and dental surgeries.
• Excellent support staff, including 2 RVTs.
• Efficient workflow with 1224 hour turnaround for outside lab results.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150K$170K salary + $25K sign-on bonus (DOE) for a 40-hour work week (4/10s).
