Location Location: Merriam, KS Job Details Job Id: 1344 # of Openings: 1 Position Summary GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and supervise a family‑style residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Residential Manager, you will coach new staff, model professional behavior, and oversee administrative functions for an assigned residential program, ensuring the highest quality of life for those we serve. Key Responsibilities Promote high‑quality outcomes by training, supporting, and supervising staff Develop and implement individualized daily schedules for the program and residents Ensure budget compliance by overseeing house and client accounts Maintain appropriate staff coverage Provide direct support for residents when necessary Qualifications One to two years of prior experience in a similar supervisory role (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human development, or related discipline (preferred) Demonstrated desire to lead and mentor a team of staff Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility in working hours and participation in weekend on‑call rotation Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Successful completion of a criminal background check Benefits Weekly pay Health, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Flexible spending account (FSA) Matching 401(k) after one year of tenure About GoodLife Innovations GoodLife Innovations is a nonprofit organization that serves adults with disabilities across Kansas.
