Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

$112,400 - $194,500 yearly Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth process for clients. Participate actively in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your sales skills. Utilize company-provided systems to generate leads and build a robust client base. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful client interactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to provide informed advice to clients. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities. Qualifications:

Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one. Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong client relationships. Proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings to achieve common goals. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for client management and market research. Ability to conduct thorough market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities.
