Registered Dental Hygienist (Full Time or Part Time)

About the Role As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our patients’ oral health and overall well-being. You’ll provide clinical services, patient education, and collaborate with our dental team to create a positive experience at every visit. We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in hygiene care but also passionate about making patients feel safe, informed, and supported. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing with a focus on patient comfort and care Conduct oral health assessments and support the dentist in diagnostic procedures Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Use dental software (e.g., Denticon) to manage patient charts and treatment notes Work collaboratively with dental assistants and dentists to ensure smooth, efficient patient care Qualifications NY State Dental Hygienist license (required) Prior experience in a dental office (preferred) Familiarity with general dentistry procedures and terminology Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards Experience with Denticon or similar dental software is a plus Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset Pay range and compensation package Pay: $55.00/hour plus incentives
