Your Responsibilities

• Culminating in thorough patient assessments, ordering relevant diagnostics, and creating tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, ongoing, or chronic health conditions in partnership with physicians or autonomously (based on your credentials)

Education Prerequisites

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a related specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
