As a new Self Storage Porter, prepare for an exciting blend of responsibilities that will keep your days engaging and dynamic! You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile at multiple locations. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting property inspections, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. Our workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and you'll shine on weekends with a schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. This position is for 3 days per week.

To thrive as a Self Storage Porter, you’ll need a unique blend of skills and a passion for customer service. First and foremost, your communication skills must shine, allowing you to connect with customers and address their needs effectively. Strong organizational abilities are essential to keep track of inventory and facility maintenance tasks.

Familiarity with property management software is a significant plus, enabling you to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions. A valid driver's license is also necessary, as you may need to conduct property inspections or assist clients with transport needs. Additionally, problem-solving skills will come in handy when handling customer inquiries or resolving issues.
