Job Details

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide thorough and integrative care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress in home settings.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track toward success.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are actively supported

Certification Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
