Construction Electrician and Mechanic

We're CMC Electric, LLC., and we're hiring a passionate full-time Construction Electrician and Mechanic to join our team in Clayton, NC!

HERE'S THE DEAL:

Pay: You'll enjoy competitive pay $33 to $40/hr with bonus and incentive opportunities, Schedule: This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling . You'll be out in the field working on exciting new-construction residential builds, backed by a supportive crew and company-supplied resources to help you get the job done right.

YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU ENJOY:

As a Construction Electrician and Mechanic, you'll start your day with the tools and confidence to take on high-quality residential electrical work. You'll rough-in wiring, complete trim-outs, install fixtures, and troubleshoot systems on new builds. You'll read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings to make sure every job is done with accuracy and excellence. You'll be in direct communication with builders, homeowners, and teammates to ensure seamless project flow and five-star results. You'll keep your job site clean, organized, and safe - because quality matters. YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

3+ years of experience wiring new-construction homes Strong skills in fixture, device installation, basic maintenance Ability to read and apply electrical schematics and plans Problem-solver's mindset and a strong team-player attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Drive to grow professionally and financially
