CDL-A truck drivers and trainees

We are hiring both experienced and entry-level Class A CDL drivers to join our team, with 18 immediate openings. We offer great pay, excellent benefits, and flexible home-time options. Experienced drivers must have at least 6 months recent OTR experience.


What you can expect:

• For Experienced Drivers: Enjoy great pay and a variety of home-time options. If you live within 50 miles of the Harrisonville DC, you'll be home daily. Otherwise, you will be home weekly.
• For Trainees: Recent graduates from an accredited 120 hour training CDL academy within the last two years are welcome to apply. Trainees will be paired with a trainer for 30 consecutive days, with travel covering various parts of America. During this period, you will be paid $650 per week.
• Excellent Compensation: Drivers average between $1,100-$1,300 weekly, depending on the route.
• Consistent Freight: This account is 100% no-touch freight, consisting of dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR), regional, and local runs.
• Dependable Equipment: Drive newer, well-maintained Freightliner trucks, most of which are automatic.
• Full Benefits: After 30 days, you become eligible for our full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plans; $10,000 in company-paid life insurance; disability insurance; and paid vacation.
• Free College Tuition: In partnership with SNHU, we are pleased to offer our drivers and their immediate families free tuition for online college classes.

Job requirements:

• A valid Class A CDL and DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A great motor vehicle report with no pending tickets.
• The ability to pass all background checks and DOT-related tests, including hair and urine drug screens.
• Willingness to work days or nights, including holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Ability to start within the next few weeks.

Hiring process:

3. Review and Approval: An applicant processor will review your application. You will then be contacted regarding your approval, with most approved candidates hearing back the next business day.
4. Driver Orientation: Once approved, you will be scheduled for driver orientation.
