Job Description: The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel communication strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive business results. This individual will oversee both promotional and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including one-time campaigns and automated customer journeys. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills to deliver engaging, compliant, and data-driven communications. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with customer engagement and business growth objectives. Develop audience-targeted content and messaging strategies that improve customer interaction and conversion rates. Build, maintain, and optimize automated communication workflows throughout the customer lifecycle. Partner with marketing, compliance, creative, and business teams to ensure messaging consistency and adherence to applicable regulations. Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness. Implement audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and testing methodologies to enhance campaign results. Manage campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders and departments. Maintain and update evergreen content to ensure messaging remains accurate, relevant, and impactful. Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and customer communications. Conduct periodic reviews of campaign processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. Ensure all email and SMS communications comply with industry regulations and marketing standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and campaign testing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry preferred. Military experience is a plus. Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing recommendations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
