About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Strategy and Engagement with a focus on advancing organizational growth through the enhancement of digital, creative, and engagement capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and expanding the impact of digital and creative services. This role requires a leader who can translate complex scientific content into engaging, insight-driven solutions, and who is adept at cross-functional collaboration to integrate data, creativity, and scientific expertise. The VP will also be at the forefront of defining and evolving the organization's digital and creative direction, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled processes and modern engagement approaches. Key responsibilities for the VP include acting as a senior partner to clients, shaping digital engagement strategies, and contributing to new business efforts. The role demands a strategic thinker who can set the direction for digital and creative strategy, stay ahead of industry trends, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years' of experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare, medical communications, or pharmaceutical environment, and a proven track record in client leadership and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Additional experience in AI integration, modular content strategies, and healthcare technology platforms is preferred. The VP will be measured on the growth and retention of client relationships, revenue from digital and creative offerings, and the overall impact of their leadership on the organization's digital and creative capabilities.
