Quality Inspector

We employ approximately 28,000 people worldwide and work in over 100 countries. Location & Work Schedule On‑site in Ladysmith, WI. 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM. Overtime (4–16 hours per week) is an essential part of this role. Responsibilities Perform inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process. Conduct dimensional and electrical inspection of sub‑assemblies or final system assemblies. Interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and lists to approve or reject in‑process or final assemblies. Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and 3‑D models. Use calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools to perform documented visual and dimensional quality inspections. Suggest improvements and help create documented work instructions and process parameters. Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures. Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Respond quickly and constructively to changing priorities. Perform basic computer functions. Take ownership of the shift’s quality performance for the production team. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of related experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor visa applicants. Preferred Qualifications Typically 2 years of previously related experience.
