Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a healthcare facility located in Asheville, North Carolina. The role involves working on an evening shift within a busy imaging department, providing diagnostic and invasive computed tomography (CT) imaging services. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, perform a range of imaging procedures, and contribute to diagnostic patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, North Carolina, 28801
• Position: CT Technologist
• Schedule: Evening shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; potential weekend shifts, rotation to other shifts, and call responsibilities up to 12 hours per month may apply.
• Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (Radiologic Technology) certification; education and experience requirements include 0 years of experience; candidates must possess skills in all areas of CT imaging, including diagnostic and invasive procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE imaging systems, invasive CT procedures, cardiac imaging, and venipuncture.
• Unit Information: The imaging department has 800 beds, with staffing levels varying by shift. Equipment includes GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution, Medrad Injectors, and electronic medical record systems such as Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACs.
• Additional Information: The candidate should be a team player capable of working independently; adherence to scrub attire is specified as black. Flexibility with weekends, on-call, and shift rotation is possible.
