Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to explore their personal issues and help them develop coping strategies.

• Facilitate couples therapy to guide partners through relationship challenges and improve their communication and emotional connection.

You will be working with a diverse client base in Joliet, encompassing individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
