Manufacturing Production Supervisor

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Lead and develop a team of production employees on molding and assembly lines
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Train and coach employees on procedures, equipment, and best practices
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Monitor production output, labor efficiency, and waste reduction
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate production reports, timekeeping, and shift documentation
• Track employee training and skills progression using sign-off sheets or matrices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5S

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• 5-8 years of manufacturing experience (assembly, molding, or production environment)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workflow, and productivity metrics
• Experience in training and developing entry-level or hourly workforce
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, PPE, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, production systems, or ERP tools)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Ability to work 3rd shift or off-shift schedules consistently
