Workday Financial Integration Developer

We are looking for a Workday Finance Integration Consultant with hands‑on experience in building, supporting, and enhancing integrations within the Workday Financial Management ecosystem. Design, build, and deploy Workday Finance integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services. Experience in Orchestrate is must, and extend is must. Perform data mapping, transformation, testing, and reconciliation. Collaborate with Finance functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during implementation phases. Create and maintain integration design and technical documentation. They should be passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency. Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre‑sales, Sales & Post‑sale for new and existing clients. Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements. Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage. Developer to enhance its Workday implementation across Finance. The role requires designing and optimizing integrations using Workday Studio and related tools. Candidates should have minimum 6+ years in IT with 3+ years in Workday. Integration Development, along with experience in large‑scale enterprise environments. The position supports the transition from SAP to Workday, ensuring data integrity and continuity in business processes. Support Workday Conversion technical area lead through delivery of Workday conversions at a higher education/government client. Participate in system design workshops and completes conversion data mappings. Support and lead data extraction, mapping and conversion tasks. Troubleshoot data issues and optimize conversion cycles for performance and accuracy. Perform pre‑load and post‑load data quality checks to ensure integrity and compliance. Document conversion steps, issues encountered, and resolutions for internal knowledge sharing. Identify key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions. Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues. Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements. Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools.
