What You’ll Do Lead and manage water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and storage facilities. Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical reports. Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and compliance. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Build and maintain professional relationships to develop future opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education is required 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing is required (Washington and/or Oregon, or ability to become licensed if out of state) Experience working on municipal and other public sector projects (state, county, city, special service district, and federal) Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
