Key Responsibilities

• Provide call coverage with a beeper system, ensuring a 30-minute response time.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:3, with a callback rate of 25%.
• Manage up to 7 patients per shift, focusing on inpatient rounding.
• Work within an inpatient setting, primarily serving a pediatric population.
• Perform essential procedures including newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion.
• Administer non-invasive ventilation and conduct needle decompression for pneumothorax.
• Participate in leave coverage opportunities as needed.
