Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 base + performance bonus. Benefits + 401(k).

About the Role

Comprehensive Mobile Care is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to own a desk on our Phoenix team.

This is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number. You'll recruit the providers and clinical staff who deliver care inside senior communities, which means the work is almost entirely outbound. You build the pipeline.

What You'll Own

• A full desk: sourcing, screening, selling, closing, and keeping candidates engaged through credentialing
• Your activity metrics, with the autonomy to decide how you hit them
• Pipeline for specific specialties and territories as we expand
• Direct partnership with hiring managers and ops leadership

What We're Looking For

• A track record of hitting quota, KPIs or performance targets, with the numbers to back it up
• 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in recruiting, sales, hospitality or leadership
• Comfort with high-volume outbound and hearing no
• Real emotional intelligence. You're recruiting clinicians who care deeply about patients, and they can tell when they're being handled.
• Coachable and competitive. High standards, low ego.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 to $55,000
• First-year total: $62,000 to $75,000 with performance bonuses
