Paramedic - Full-Time Days

Facility: Lynx Salem Position: Paramedic Schedule: Full-Time Days Position Summary Lynx Salem is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paramedic to join our team on a full-time day shift. The Paramedic will provide high-quality emergency medical care, respond to patient needs, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide emergency medical assessment and treatment in accordance with established protocols. Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care. Administer medications and perform emergency procedures within scope of practice. Safely transport and transfer patients as required. Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain medical equipment, supplies, and readiness for emergency response. Follow all applicable safety, regulatory, and clinical standards. Qualifications Current Paramedic certification/licensure as required by the state. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations. Previous paramedic or emergency medical experience preferred.
