Family Physician

Full-Time or Part-Time | $300,000–$325,000+ | Monday–Friday | Outpatient

We’re seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join an established outpatient practice in Auburn, CA, with an exciting opportunity to help launch a new clinic in Rocklin, CA, opening in March 2027.

This is a bread-and-butter outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with a manageable daily patient volume of approximately 16–18 patients.

The ideal physician is comfortable practicing autonomously while working within a collaborative clinic environment alongside physicians, APPs, and support staff.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Family Medicine training required; Internal Medicine physicians will not be considered
• Active California medical license
• BLS certification
• DEA registration
• Ability to complete credentialing prior to start

Credentialing typically takes 60–90 days, with expedited credentialing available based on need.
