What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years' ICU experience, preferably in a Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center, with exposure to CTS and Neuro patients.
• Valid RN license and current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSSEMR.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a complex environment.
• Willingness to float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed, with the flexibility to work every 3rd weekend, some holidays, and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Altera Sunrise (formerly Allscripts) or similar EMRs like Cerner.
• Additional certifications or training in trauma or neuro care.
• Prior experience in a trauma or Level 1/2 facility with advanced patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of ICU experience in a high-acuity setting.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or after April 26, 2026.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Must meet all licensure and credentialing requirements prior to start date.
• Nicotine-free facility environment.
