Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while following the prescribed care plan and agency policies. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes as outlined in their care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Educate clients and their families on proper health care and maintenance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in home health Current CPR certification. And Level 2 Background Screening Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
