About the Role

We’re looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help create a positive environment for residents and staff while making sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant with regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to keep the facility running efficiently

• Lead, support, and collaborate with department heads, including nursing and business office teams

• Set goals, track performance, and use data to improve quality of care and overall outcomes

• Keep a close eye on key metrics through programs like Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)

• Work with leadership to address challenges and continuously improve resident care and satisfaction

• Help manage the facility’s financial health, including budgeting and overall performance

• Develop strategies to grow and maintain occupancy

• Represent the facility in the community and build strong professional relationships

• Run regular leadership meetings to stay aligned on priorities like census, compliance, and customer satisfaction

• Build strong connections with residents, families, and staff through consistent communication and visibility

• Jump in where needed—this is a team-focused leadership role

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting (long-term care experience is a big plus)

• Solid understanding of long-term care regulations and operations

• A team-oriented leader who communicates well and leads by example
